Frontline Poland offers many opportunities for people to come from the UK to get involved in the work here in Radomsko and into the surrounding areas. Work can be split into the following categories.
Practical Work | The work in Bethlehem is ongoing
and will take a lot of time to bring to completion. Workers are needed to
help finish this work. Much of the work is labour intensive rather than
skilled, but also includes things like painting and cleaning. Later in
co-ordination with the church Frontline Poland hopes to develop a practical arm
which will serve as an outreach to needy people in the local community.
Projects in this category will include renovation of homes for the poor and
general practical tasks that will serve to benefit the community.

Practical work in the Building at Bethlehem | The current focus of the practical work
as mentioned on the page about the building is the work to provide the very poor
with flats to live in. Work is currently going on to complete these
flats. To date the roof has been raised and replaced and external
walls have been changed to allow for windows and doors. As part of their
social rehabilitation work will also be provided for members of these families.
So the social aim is twofold, we meet a need and we restore their dignity by
providing work. In terms of the Gospel we will have excellent opportunity
to reach out to them and the work they will be provided with will largely be
centred on the renovation of the Bethlehem building so the church building will
be brought further into completion.
Progress on the renovation of the flats at Bethlehem, this work is still ongoing. |
